New Delhi, 26 September 2026: The mainboard IPO segment continues to see a steady stream of new public issues. Nityas Gems & Jewelry Limited is also set to enter the market with its ₹108.35 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) from September 30, 2026.

The company is engaged in designing, manufacturing and sale of lab grown diamond studded gold jewelry in India. The public issue would comprise of a fresh issue of close to 1.45 crore equity shares.

The Nityas Gems & Jewelry IPO will open for public subscription from 30th September 2026 and investors can bid till 5th October 2026.

The IPO is of mainboard segment and the company’s shares are proposed to be listed on NSE & BSE.

Price Band Fixed At Rs 70-75 Per Share

The company has set the IPO price band at Rs 70 to Rs 75 per share. Lot size is fixed at 200 shares.

Investors will have to put in minimum ₹15,000 for one lot at the higher end of the price band.

Fresh Issue of approximately 1.45 Crore Shares

The public issue will be a fresh issue of about 1.45 crore equity shares. As per the offer documents available, the IPO does not contain any Offer for Sale (OFS).

Company shifts focus to lab-grown diamond jewelry

Nityas Gems & Jewelry is involved in designing, manufacturing and sale of lab-grown diamond studded gold jewelry.

The company services the B2B segment through organized retailers, standalone retailers and wholesalers. The D2C business is run through a subsidiary.
