“welcomes the US court’s decision with humility and deep respect for the judicial process,” after a U.S. federal court dismissed criminal charges against him and his nephew.
Adani added that during the “challenging period” the group’s faith in truth, fairness and the rule of law remained “unwavering.”
The ruling, signed by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, ends a much-watched case of bribery and securities fraud that drew worldwide attention. “Heartfelt thanks to everyone who retained faith in us, in the system and in India’s capacity for justice,”
